To celebrate Preface’s first birthday, Unblended have generously collaborated with us for this release. Unblended were our first partners in sourcing green coffee, and so it is only fitting that we celebrate the occasion with them. When we first launched, we started off with three of their collaboration lots, the Recruitment, Development and Transformation Lot, and we are so excited to be offering the Transformation Lot once again.

With many hands involved, this lot is an amalgamation of a few women processing Chiroso and Pink Bourbon by way of a washed process. In the cup we taste purple berries, orange, and delightful floral notes.
