Like a publisher of books, we offer softcover and hardcover coffees, each with their own characteristics.

Our softcovers are excellent everyday coffees. Easy to drink and easy to brew, they’ve got a low level of acidity and pair well with milk, but still taste good black.

Our hardcovers are micro-lot coffees with distinct varietals and astonishing flavor. Because of their seasonality, a hardcover won’t necessarily be around for long, so be sure not to sleep on your favorites.

Our Special Editions are rare, exclusive, and singular coffees.
