Hacienda la Papaya, under the stewardship of Juan Peña, has gained a reputation for producing some of the world’s most mesmerizing coffees. It is one of a few farms whose harvests pass through CafExporto where all the dry mill processing, quality control, exportation and sales operates through.
This lot is one of CafExporto’s special releases, a project of extraordinary experimental processing under the craftsmanship of Juan Andrés Tapia. This very limited release is underpinned by an approach of meticulous attention to detail and rigorous methodology.
This Anaerbic 120hr Mejorado is offers a layered cup, with bursting fruity notes and a soft, enveloping note of Pinotage, a flagship South African wine.
