I first tasted Sebastian Ramirez' white honey Gesha at the beginning of the year, and I had hoped then that one day it would be on the menu. I'm proud to finally be offering this exceptional coffee that has occupied space in my mind ever since I first encountered it on the cupping table.

The processing seems to bring out what we have come to expect from Geshas: floral and fruity flavor profiles that broaden our horizon of the possibilities of coffee's flavor profiles. In the cup I taste juniper, tangerine, and fruit loops to name but a few. It's a coffee that I always finish on the cupping table, and one that I'm confident will indulge your senses, leaving wanting more after the last sip.
